I told Paul that they need to start a shop pool when new maintenance techs start. The one that started Monday didn't make it all the way to lunch hour today. That is still better than the last one, the one who called in sick on his first day, then never showed up thereafter.

Nothing was learned from snow season two years ago. Paul and Tony were informed today that there will be no contractors employeed for this coming snow season.
